Orion 160S is a multirotor platform with a 1,600 mm airframe. It handles what a fixed-wing aircraft cannot: hovering on a point, slow precise movement, and lifting heavy or bulky equipment.

Four 6S battery packs deliver up to 110 minutes of flight without payload. Control runs on 2.4 GHz out to 7 km, or 30 km with the extended-range option; navigation is manual or by programmed mission.

Applications

  • Detailed asset inspection
  • 3D survey of construction sites
  • Search and rescue
  • Carrying scientific instruments

Payloads

  • Still camera (aerial photography)
  • HD video camera
  • NDVI multispectral sensor
  • Thermal imager
  • IR camera
  • Gas analyser
