QAZDRON is currently running a joint programme with a Belarusian partner to create an unmanned aerial vehicle based on the Magnus Fusion 212 light aircraft.
The task is to design and develop a jointly produced autopilot and integrate it into the aircraft’s control loop. Engineers from both companies are carrying out the development work.
The result will be a platform carrying hundreds of kilograms of payload over more than a thousand kilometres in a single sortie — a class that small unmanned systems cannot reach.
Applications
- Heavy cargo transport
- Long-range monitoring
- Agricultural aviation
